This week, our Year 1 students have been exploring weather and seasons through their Science and Geography learning. 🍂
In Geography, they learned how to record the weather, taking daily rainfall measurements and using thermometers to track the temperature. In Science, the focus was on autumn. The students enjoyed an autumn walk around the school grounds, spotting colourful leaves and other signs of the season. They discussed how changes in the weather affect what people wear, the activities they do, and how animals and plants adapt.
