Year 1 have been enjoying their Kindness Advent Calendar! Each day, they spin the wheel of names, and the lucky student selected gets to open the calendar drawer and read out the day’s act of kindness.
So far, the class has embraced thoughtful challenges like helping set the dinner table, holding the door for a friend, pushing in a friend’s chair, playing with someone who looks lonely, and making a card for an adult to show they care.
It’s clear they are a wonderfully kind and considerate group! 😊 And as an extra festive treat, whoever is chosen also receives a Christmas sticker!
