A huge thank you to Mr Castro De Figueiredo for visiting Year 5 and sharing fascinating insights into life in Brazil as part of our Humanities learning.
The children prepared thoughtful questions, which Mr Castro De Figueiredo answered with enthusiasm, helping them explore Brazilian culture, geography, and daily life. They also enjoyed learning to count to ten in Portuguese!
By the end of the session, there was one thing everyone could agree on… the weather in Brazil sounded much more appealing than ours this week!
