St. Francis’ College offers more than excellent teaching and deep learning. We also aim to stretch and challenge our girls to achieve beyond the curriculum; to leave as well-rounded individuals who make a positive impact on society. To achieve this, we offer a plethora of opportunities to develop their skills and passions beyond the curriculum with extra-curricular clubs, competitions and trips.
We have an inclusive mindset at the College and our many opportunities are open to all. We encourage pupils to take ownership of their own learning and develop their skills and passions beyond the classroom. One of our initiatives to promote this independent attitude is the ‘Academic and Beyond Challenges’.
Every pupil at St. Francis' College has received a list of age-appropriate challenges. They are optional and designed to give pupils the stimulus to search out and develop new skills, expand their understanding of the world around us, play an active role in their community and stretch themselves to undertake exciting discoveries.
