Congratulations to Aanya in Year 10 and Alisha in Year 9 who represented the College at the Springboard FutureChef Local Final competition. Both pupils cooked a main meal for two people, with a £5 budget, in one hour with great results.

They were both very calm and organised and we are very proud of their results. Well done!
Alisha has now been appointed a chef mentor, Anthony Gascoigne, Course Leader in Hospitality & Catering at North Herts College. They are preparing for the Region final in February.
