Food & Nutrition Mock Assessment

Year 10 have been working on a mock assessment all term in preparation for their GCSE next year. They worked so hard to produce 3 high skill dishes in 3 hours , practising skills such as filletIng fish, jointing chicken, making homemade pasta and turning it in to ravioli, making sauces, Panna cotta and Cannoli. It linked to the task on Italian food and they should be so proud of their superb restaurant quality dishes.
