Alongside the academic programmes, pupils at St. Francis' College enjoy a wide range of enrichment opportunities. As well as participating in College sports teams and musical ensembles, we offer a number of activities designed specifically for our pupils.
Extra Curricular
Clubs and enrichment activities are an essential part of school life at St. Francis’, providing opportunities to broaden and enrich learning experiences and foster stronger relationships. We firmly believe that clubs also help to develop social skills through increased opportunities for cross-age interaction.
We aim to give children opportunities to:
● participate in a variety of clubs or enrichment classes in order to develop and extend social, mental and physical skills.
● make an active contribution to the school through participation. Copies of the current activities can be downloaded here. Please note that some of the activities incur a charge.
School Trips
We value learning through Immersive, hands-on experience and our children love the opportunity to visit somewhere new and awaken the senses, coming home excited to tell their parents and friends what they have done on their trip.
Each year, a week of our curriculum is dedicated to enriching trips and activities in what is known as Five Star Week.
