The staff in EYFS care for each and every child.
Small forms and classes mean that all of our staff know all of the pupils extremely well. The children know that they can approach any member of staff with any worry, no matter how big or small. Staff work together to ensure that the children in our care are safe, happy and healthy. We support them in enjoying and achieving in their school lives so that they are prepared to make a positive contribution to society when their journey with us ends.
PHSE is delivered weekly to and EYFS take part in assemblies regularly. The children themselves make a difference to their educational experiences. We have a buddy system where our older Prep pupils help mentor younger ones.
Our House system underpins the pastoral programme, providing the children with further opportunities for collaboration and celebration. We care for the whole child, not only their academic potential but their resilience and life-skills.
